Cancellation request for adult Catalan courses at the CPNL

In accordance with the regulations, if you are unable to attend a class or online course regularly, due to reasons related to work, studies, health, etc. you must inform the CPNL of the cancellation of your enrolment.

Cancellation requests must be made within 15 calendar days for courses 3 months or more in length and 8 calendar days for courses of less than 3 months, from the:

  • last class attendance for a face-to-face or semi-face-to-face course
  • last connection to a synchronous or semi-synchronous course
  • last activity registered on asynchronous online course

Under no circumstances does this withdrawal imply a refund of the enrolment fee.

If you do not formally cancel a course it will be assumed that you have withdrawn and you will not qualify for preferential enrolment.

In any event, the CPNL may cancel your access to learning environments.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation [Regulation (EU) 2016/679] we inform you that your personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing your activity as a user of the service for promoting, advising and fostering the use of the Consortium for Language Normalisation (CPNL). Data processing will be lawful if the data subject has given consent and processing is necessary for the performance of d task carried out in the public interest (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.e of the Regulation).

The body responsible for processing is the CPNL.

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law.
