Transfer request for adult Catalan courses at the CPNL

In accordance with the regulations, changes in timetable, level or grade or transfer will only be accepted in the following cases:

Timetable changes

Once enrolment has been completed, timetable changes will only be allowed in case of timetable incompatibility occurring after enrolment for the course on the following grounds:

• You have enrolled in an official centre for education and your timetable is not compatible with the course.

• Your working hours have changed.

Change of level or grade

Once enrolment has been completed, changes of level or grade will only be accepted at the proposal of the teacher.

The change can only be made if there are spaces on the new course.

Course transfer

A course transfer will be accepted if:

• You change address in the case of face-to-face and blended courses.
• You ask for a change to the course method for the same level or grade, which you can only do within 10 calendar days of the start of the course.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To accept the change of timetable, level or grade or the transfer of your course, please note that:

• Changes will only be made if there are spaces on the new course you ask for. If there are more applications than places for a given course, the order in which applications were received will be taken into account.
• Any change of timetable, level or grade or course transfer is final and will remain in place for the rest of the course.
• Once the change has been accepted, if you ask to cancel the course your registration fee will not be refunded.

Requests to change timetables or transfer courses must be accompanied by supporting documents:

• Photocopy of your enrolment at the official centre for education
• Certificate from your company confirming the change to your working hours
• Local authority resident certificate
