Advise when recruiting government agency staff

The CPNL advises government agencies on the level of Catalan of their staff or the people they wish to recruit.

By way of administering placement tests, the Consortium determines whether the workers’ language profile meets job requirements.

Once the tests have been performed, if the government agency wishes, the CPNL proposes an action plan to improve the knowledge and, consequently, the language autonomy of employees.
