New features and changes in IEC grammar and spelling

This session analyses the new features and changes in Catalan orthography and grammar introduced by the Institut d’Estudis Catalans from a theoretical and practical perspective, so as to work on and consolidate some of the most relevant approaches proposed (i.e. going from correction to adaptation, description to prescription and taking into account geographical and functional variety).

• Target audience: staff in local government agencies or organisations who need to keep up to date with the new features introduced by the GIEC and anyone with C1 or C2 level who wants to expand their knowledge.
• Length: up to 3 hours (face-to-face)
