Enrolment fee reductions

1. You can apply for the 50% reduction

• INSS pensioners or pensioners of the non-working population (retired pensioners, or pensioners with permanent, total or absolute disability).
• members of general category large families
• members of a general category single-parent family
• people with a recognised disability of 33% or more

2. The following people may apply for a 70% reduction

• Unemployed people
• members of general category large families
• members of a general category single-parent family
• people in a precarious situation

Documentary proof

• pensioners: pension certificate from the Social Security or an equivalent body
• large family: valid card issued by the government of Catalonia or an equivalent body.
• single-parent family: valid card issued by the government of Catalonia or an equivalent body.
• people with disabilities: certificate of disability or card proving disability
• unemployed people (one of the following documents must be presented):
  • report on the current employment situation, issued by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC), indicating that the person is unemployed
  • certificate of status, certifying whether or not the holder is a beneficiary of unemployment benefits, issued by the Spanish Public Employment Service (SEPE)
  • unemployed job seeker's certificate (DONO), issued by the Catalan Employment Service (SOC)
• people in a precarious situation:
  • a precarious situation report issued by the social services of the town hall
  • certificate certifying that the holder is receiving the minimum integration income (RMI)
  • certificate certifying that the holder is receiving the guaranteed income of citizenship (RGC)
