Yes. You can do an online course on a mobile device, although we recommend courses should be taken on a desktop computer, especially from the elementary level upwards, as mobile devices are not really suitable for writing long texts.
If you need to change your name, surname or identity document number, you should go in person to a linguistic normalisation centre, office or service and present the documentation to update your details.
If you've changed your contact details, such as your phone number or email address, please contact User Services and ask for your details to be updated.
It is important that your details are up-to-date before you enrol.
If there are still places available before the course starts or during its first few days, we'll contact you in the order you are on the list to tell you that you can enrol. If we can't reach you or you don't reply, we'll move on to the next person on the list. If we don't notify you, it's because there are no places left.
The list of people without a place is shut down once the course has finished. This means it is not taken into account in future enrolments.
Yes. You have to make a formal application through this procedure and within the deadlines set in the course regulations.
Yes, but you have to do it before the start date of the course. In this case, you can ask for a refund of the registration fee through this procedure.
If at the time of enrolment you were eligible for a discount on the registration fee, you can ask for a refund of the amount of the discount once you prove your situation. You can do it through this procedure.
Yes. If the course has not started due to issues attributable to the CPNL, you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
In the Procedures section on the CPNL website you will find information on how to apply for a refund.
If your application has been accepted, we'll refund all or part of your registration fee by bank transfer within no more than three months after your application has been logged.

Once enrolment has been completed, timetable changes will only be allowed in case of timetable incompatibility occurring after enrolment for the course on the following grounds:
- You've enrolled in a centre for education to pursue official studies and your timetable is not compatible with the course
- Your working hours have changed
You have to go to the Procedures section on the CPNL website to ask for the change.
All requests must be accompanied by supporting documents.
Transfers can only be made if places are available and only to courses in the same period and with the same intensity.
